Lars Charas – Author of Food Forever

Lars Charas is the author of Food Forever, a book that explores one of the most urgent questions of our time: how to feed the planet in the future.

Before starting his current work as an experimental oil presser, Charas led a global movement of chefs focused on sustainability. In that role, he interviewed around 100 people from 25 countries, bringing together diverse voices to shape a global perspective on how we can keep eating together in a changing world.

Food Forever combines this holistic vision on food with a rich collection of interviews and experimental recipes, offering both inspiration and practical insight into the future of nourishment.
